New HCA Employer/Training Program Online Exam Voucher Payment Process Effective Now
On February 29, 2024, Prometric, the Department of Health (department) exam vendor for the home care aide profession, launched their new online Client Voucher Portal allowing HCA employers, training programs, and third-party payers to purchase vouchers for their employees or students to use to pay for their exams.
Employer/Training Program Contact Information Required
In order for you the employer, training program, or other organization to access Prometric’s new voucher purchasing portal, the department needs you to complete the HCA Voucher Portal Contact Information Survey. The survey asks for contact information so Prometric can send the appropriate point of contact person directions on portal access, client profile setup, and user assignments. Once setup is complete, client users may purchase and manage vouchers.
