Amplify the LTC Workforce Crisis: Complete the Sentinel Network Survey by 4/17!

Every day, critically important LTC jobs go unfilled. A highly competitive job market and untenable licensing and credentialling delays are making it very difficult for LTC providers to hire and retain workers. The situation is even worse for those providers serving state Medicaid clients with rates that don’t cover the cost of care. It is critical that policymakers understand the dilemmas of a system that does not support workers, and one way to inform this effort is through the Sentinel Network. The Health Workforce Sentinel Network is open and collecting workforce data through April 17, 2024. We urge you to take 15 minutes to complete the latest survey.

The Sentinel Network is an initiative of Washington’s Health Workforce Council, conducted collaboratively by Washington’s Workforce Board and the University of Washington’s Center for Health Workforce Studies. Funding to initiate the Sentinel Network came from the Healthier Washington initiative, with ongoing support from Governor Inslee’s office and the Washington State Legislature.
