Associate Business Members
There are multiple ways Associate Business members can support and attend this Conference. The rates listed below are for members. Nonmember businesses are welcome to attend, but will pay increased rates. Please contact [email protected] if you have any questions about pricing or registration as a business attendee.
All Associate Business attendees, including those whose registrations are included in the table purchase and any add-on attendees, will have access to all included Conference activities, including the Welcome Reception, Game Show Night, and Dueling Pianos fun night. There is a separate fee to participate in the WHCA-PAC Golf Invitational.
Your support of this event makes it possible for our provider members to stay up-to-date on the state of the sector, connect with you at WHCA’s in-person events, and take part in valuable education sessions. Thank you!
Trade Show Exhibits
The trade show will be held on Tuesday, September 24th. All trade show table packages will include full registrations for three individuals. Additional team members can register for $299 per person. Check out the Exhibits page for more information.

Become a SponsorNetworking Only Attendees
For Associate Business members who elect not to participate in the trade show or as a sponsor, registration is $649 per person. There is no group rate for Networking Only attendees.
