Welcome to the WHCA online CEU certificate app! We are pleased that you may now create and print a CEU form for any educational event you attend offered by WHCA where you are given a certification code. Please note, this application is for those who attended the seminar; any certificates generated and printed for individuals not listed in attendance will be reported to the Department of Health's Board of Nursing Home Administrators (skilled nursing) or the Department of Social and Health Services (assisted living) and noted as invalid. WHCA will monitor and compare attendee lists to certificates created; we appreciate your cooperation in only creating certificates for individuals who attended the workshop. Thank you!
