COURSE OVERVIEW
This session will review the new Washington Food Code requirement for the Certified Food Protection Manager (“CFPM”) certificate. While the requirement affects all food establishments, this webinar will be focused for those working in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. After the session, attendees will better understand how the CFPM affects food safety, which workers need certification, how people can become certified, and what the CFPM will need to do to stay in compliance. Questions are encouraged.
