Virtual registration includes access to all recordings, quizzes and CEs following conference. RECORDINGS WILL BE AVAILABLE BY MONDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2022. YOU WILL HAVE UNTIL MONDAY, OCTOBER 17 TO WATCH THE RECORDED SESSIONS AND COMPLETE A SHORT QUIZ TO OBTAIN YOUR CE CERTIFICATE(S).

ASSOCIATE BUSINESS PARTNERS

Associate Business (AB) registration is now open for the 2022 IHCA/WHCA Fall Conference, September 26-28, 2022, at The Historic Davenport Hotel for members only! CLICK HERE TO REGISTER!

This year’s conference will kick off on Monday, September 26, with breakout sessions beginning at 1PM, and the WHCA-PAC Fall Golf Tournament at 11 AM, shotgun start. On Tuesday, September 27, we will continue with more breakout sessions, the Exhibit Showcase from 4:00 to 5:30 PM, followed by Fun Night. The cost to exhibit and attend fall conference is $399. If you’d like to attend Tuesday’s lunch and/or Fun Night, tickets must be purchased separately. Exhibit spaces are limited so register today! We will wrap up the conference on Wednesday, September 28, with more breakout sessions. Fall conference will adjourn by noon.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note the cancellation policy for in-person registration –cancellations received in writing on or before Monday, September 19, 2022, will be subject to a $25 per person cancellation fee; the remainder will be refunded or credited. All cancellations received after Monday, September 19, 2022, will not be eligible for any refund. Substitutions are encouraged.

There will be no cancellations for virtual registrations.
