During this webinar, Sarah Swale of Jensen Morse Baker PLLC will provide an overview of the mandate, what it means, and who it impacts. She will also discuss the medical and religious accommodation allowances in the mandate and what information employers need from employees seeking accommodation. As well, Sarah will address whether and how employers should create or modify their policies to address the vaccine mandate and related accommodation issues. During this webinar, learn what you can do between now and October 18 to ensure your employees are informed, your documentation—vaccine verification, accommodation requests, vaccine policy—is in order, and you do not inadvertently include anybody who has not met the vaccination mandate requirements or been provided an appropriate accommodation in your scheduling after October 18, 2021. This webinar will also include ample time for questions and answers after the presentation.
