You are invited to join WHCA and Eldergrow for a complimentary webinar on Wednesday, March 4, at 10 a.m. to learn about indoor therapy gardens and how WHCA members may be eligible to incorporate them via a grant. In the next few months, we are working with Eldergrow as they apply for a grant that would allow WHCA members to bring indoor therapy gardens into skilled nursing facilities—this would be a fully funded grant allowing the implementation of indoor garden therapy and staff training to ensure sustainability of the program. You may have heard of Eldergrow, and others may not; take part in this webinar to learn more about next steps.

Target audience includes administrators, directors of nursing or health services directors, rehab staff, and activities professionals.

It’s a great read – truly! Areas of interest highlighted include senior and dementia care. Eldergrow has been endorsed by Teepa Snow because of the many wellness benefits the program offers.
