An applicant must be an individual or business that provides products or
services to long-term care facilities. Dues are as follows:
Associate Membership - Professional
An applicant must be a long-term care professional not currently affiliated with any licensed facility or business. This membership is designed for retired individuals who wish to stay in contact with long term care issues or individuals not currently working and desiring to be in contact with the long term care community.
